As you process the problems and issues that, if resolved, would help the client achieve his/her goals, imagine if you could come up with a solution to one or more issues. It would put you in a very privileged position.
Keep the following in mind:
- Develop an innovative solution to help your client solve a problem
- Test the product to remove the “bugs”
- Assist the client to introduce the new business
- Be available to help on a continuing basis
- Be a resource on the most complex and demanding client business
