Being treated with dignity and respect are among the top requirements of anyone in the work force.  It motivates and excites people and makes them love being a part of the organization.

Keep the following in mind:

  • Treat every member of your team with respect, regardless of differences
  • Help your peers to achieve “stretch” goals
  • Compliment others for a job well done
  • Help to further feelings of trust, pride and loyalty in belonging to the group and company
  • Embody the Firm’s principles and values
  • Be willing to ask for help and give help
  • Extract and exploit the ideas of all team members
  • Give one another the benefit of the doubt before arriving at a negative conclusion
  • Help to resolve differences effectively
