INSIST ON REGULAR “CHECKUPS” WITH YOUR CLIENTS

Your performance review with your client cannot be done once a quarter, semi-annually or annually.  It must be done constantly.

Keep the following in mind:

  • Meet clients as often as possible and ask for a review of the business success
  • Make the changes that are generated through the performance review
  • Show passion for the work and providing the highest quality products or services
  • Demand the best from all those who service the client
  • Determine how you can increase your success to a higher level
  • Learn how you can increase your business by cross-selling to other divisions of the company
