KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE

You can’t manage, market or sell a product or service unless you possess complete knowledge and understanding of that product or service.  Keeping up to date on that knowledge involves all of the following:

  • Striving to grow professionally; seek and accept developmental feedback
  • Seeking additional training and development (technical skills)
  • Gaining experience through projects, internships or work experience
  • Loving to learn
